Integrations

11 that work, and 9 that do not

No logo wall. A logo grid implies partnerships we do not have, and it is always missing the second column — the one you need before you commit.

Two people reviewing a system diagram on a whiteboard beside their laptop in an open workspace.

Built

Most are ports with drivers rather than integrations in the usual sense: one interface, several implementations, chosen by an environment variable. No cloud-provider SDK is imported in feature code, which is why swapping one is a connection string rather than a project.

  • Sign in with Google, Microsoft or GitHub

    OAuth, with a one-time handoff code rather than tokens in a redirect URL.

  • SMTP

    Any server. Mail drains from a transactional outbox via a worker, with retries and a delivery log.

    MAIL_DRIVER=smtp
  • S3-compatible storage

    Covers AWS S3, MinIO and Cloudflare R2.

    STORAGE_DRIVER=s3
  • Azure Blob Storage

    The same port, a different driver.

    STORAGE_DRIVER=azure-blob
  • Local disk

    For a single-server deployment, or a laptop.

    STORAGE_DRIVER=local
  • Meilisearch

    Or PostgreSQL full-text, behind one interface, kept current by incremental sync.

    SEARCH_DRIVER=meilisearch
  • OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic

    Course-outline and lesson drafting. Disabled by default, and while disabled the feature is hidden rather than broken.

    AI_PROVIDER=disabled
  • Webhooks

    HMAC-signed, retried, with an inspectable and replayable delivery log.

  • API keys

    Hashed at rest, revealed once, rotate and revoke.

  • CSV import and export

    People and courses in, everything out, with a per-row error report.

  • Redis

    Shared cache for rate limiting, permission grants and tenant resolution. Production refuses the in-memory driver.

    CACHE_DRIVER=redis

A port with no driver yet

Printing this column is the point of the page. One of these is probably a dealbreaker for somebody reading, and it is cheaper for both of us if they find out here.

  • Meeting providers

    Zoom, Meet, Teams and Jitsi. No adapter — you paste the link onto the session, and attendance is recorded here rather than synced from the provider.

  • Payment gateways

    You can raise, discount, track and reconcile an invoice and record a payment. You cannot take a card inside the product.

  • SMS and WhatsApp

    Notifications go to the in-app inbox and to email. Nothing else.

  • SAML and OIDC

    Enterprise single sign-on is not built. The three OAuth providers above are.

  • SCIM

    No automatic user provisioning from your identity provider. People are added by invitation or CSV import.

  • Video transcoding

    The storage port and player are built; the transcoding worker is not. Upload what a browser can play.

  • Plagiarism detection

    Assignments have rubrics and criterion marks. No similarity checking.

  • Proctoring services

    Deliberately. Integrity is signals shown to a human, never an automatic verdict.

  • Accounting systems

    No Tally, Xero or QuickBooks sync. Finance data exports as CSV.

We would rather list 11 real integrations than sixty logos we have a screenshot of. The rest of what is unfinished.

Nothing on that second column was a dealbreaker?

Then the fastest next step is the sandbox, or twenty minutes with somebody who can answer follow-ups.

Or open the sandbox (opens in a new tab) and click around first. No form.
