Coaching institutes

Admissions volume and assessment depth, in one place

A coaching institute lives on two numbers: how many enquiries convert, and how well the mock tests predict the real thing. Both are modules here, not spreadsheets.

Judged on: Conversion, and results

A coaching institute's reception desk and enquiry notice board, late afternoon.

What you would actually use

In your order, using your words — enquiry, batch, mock test, rank, fee instalment.

Every enquiry, with an owner and a follow-up

Stages you name, round-robin assignment that cannot collide, duplicate suggestions that never swallow the second enquiry, and a reason on every loss.

Mock tests that tell you which question was wrong

Question banks reused across terms, papers with sections, an anonymised marking queue, and item analysis showing which questions separated the cohort.

Batches, timetables and a waitlist that moves

Seat limits that refuse out loud, a waitlist that promotes when a seat opens, and transfers that keep a learner’s progress.

Fee instalments, and who has not paid

Fee plans, invoices, discounts, scholarships, payments and an aging report. Money is integer minor units, never a float.

Parents who can see, without another login to lose

A guardian link gives a parent their own child’s attendance and marks, read-only by construction.

Who is about to drop out

A risk score per learner with its signals — attendance, progress, missed submissions — and a record of the intervention.

When we are the wrong choice

If you need to take fee payments by card inside the product today, we are not there — there is no payment-gateway adapter yet. You can raise, discount, track and reconcile invoices.

Everything else that is not built

Start on the free tier. Bring your spreadsheet.

A hundred seats, twenty-five courses and no conversation. If you would rather see it driven by someone who knows it, that takes twenty minutes.

Or open the sandbox (opens in a new tab) and click around first. No form.
